Yogurt Smoothie with Chia Seeds and Frozen Fruit
1 cup of yogurt
1 cup of frozen fruit. I like blueberries.
1 tsp of chia seed
I used 1 cup of European style yogurt. It felt like normal yogurt but much more liquid and creamier, so I think using 1/2 cup of normal yogurt or Greek yogurt with 1/2 cup cream can be used to replicate it.
Add everything into a blender then blend until the desired consistency.
This is a really simple recipe. Whenever I make it, it gives me the illusion that I'm a lot healthier and efficient than I really am.
