Taiwanese Sausage Meat
1 pound ground pork
1/2 cup rice wine or sake
3 teaspoon of five spice. Or just use cinnamon.
4 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Some rice wine already has salt and some five spice already has salt, so add salt to taste at the end.
Add all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix.
Shape into patties or any shape you'd like.
Add some cooking oil to a pan, and pan fry each side for 4 minutes or until fully cooked.
