Spring roll wrapper
Cream cheese
Cinnamon
Powdered sugar
Flour
Make the filling by mixing equal volume cream cheese to powdered sugar, then add cinnamon to taste.
Make sticky slurry by mixing some flour with a little bit of water.
Follow the pictures below to fold the rolls, applying the slurry to the corners to hold the shape.
Fry with neutral oil until golden and crisp.
Dust the top with some more powdered sugar and cinnamon sugar.
In the image, the filling here is actually spring roll filling instead of the sweet filling, but the folds are exactly the same.
