1. Oatmeal: 2 cup
2. Egg: One egg
3. Peanuts: 1/2 cup
4. Chia seed: 1/4 cup
5. Brown sugar: 1/4 cup
6. Pumpkin seed: 1/4 cup.
7. Dried goji berry: 1/4 cup
9. Melted coconut oil:. 1/4 cup. Use refined coconut oil if you don't want the coconut flavor.
Ingredients are very flexible. You can also add any nuts or dried fruits that you like.
Blend all the ingredients together for 20 seconds.
Spread the mixture flat on a pan.
Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
To give the top a shiny and sweet layer, you can spread some honey on top.
