Fried Oysters
Oyster: 20 pieces
Tapioca starch: 2 cups
Frying oil: 4 cups
Seasoning: anything you want. I use Taiwan’s pre-made pepper and salt mix.
If oysters are frozen, thaw them first. Then wash oysters in cold water.
Coat oysters with tapioca starch.
Fry at high heat for 3 minutes on each side.
Plate the oysters then season them.
Frying up some thai basil and adding it as a garnish will also enhance the flavor and aesthetics of this dish.
