Chicken Stir Fried With Onions
2 pound sliced chicken breast or tenderloins.
Velveting:
2 tablespoon corn starch
2 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoon soy sauce
Stir frying:
1 whole white onion
Green onions
White pepper
Salt and sugar to taste
Add chicken and velveting ingredients into a container and mix.
Refrigerate the container for 30 minutes.
Add cooking oil to pan and turn to high heat.
Cook velveted chicken until golden on both sides.
Add onions, green onions, and season to taste.
