Fried Curry-Filled Bread
Makes 3 servings:
Crust
6 slices of bread
2 cups of Panko bread crumbs
2 eggs
Filling
1/2 pound of ground meat
1 cup of mixed peas and carrots
Curry powder
Sugar and salt
Frying oil
Make the filling by combining the filling ingredients in a pan and stir frying until cooked. Season with curry powder, sugar, and salt until desired taste.
Take a piece of bread, place filling at the center, cover with another piece of bread, then seal with a cup or a container. The leftover bread crust can be used to make French toast.
Apply egg wash and coat completely with bread crumbs.
Heat oil to high heat in a pan then turn to medium.
Fry until golden brown.
