Air Fried Chicken Wings
Air Fried Chicken Wings
Chicken wings: 8
Garlic salt: 2 tsp
Black pepper: 2 tsp
Lemon powder: 2 tsp
This recipe is very easy to scale up or down. It's also a friendly recipe for experimenting with different types of seasonings. I personally like lemon pepper seasoning with melted butter so that's the recipe I created here.
Just use however many wings you want and make sure you coat each wing with seasoning.
Frozen
Air fry the wings for 25 minutes at 400 degrees Farenheit or until skin appears gold. You can flip it, but it's fine not to.
Toss the fried wings with your favorite seasoning.
Thaw
If the wings are frozen, thaw the wings first and dry them as much as possible.
Add all ingredients into a large bowl.
Mix and make sure all the wings are coated with a thin layer of seasoning.
To make the cleanup process easier, place aluminum foil in the air fryer. Depending on the air fryer, it might be easier to just wash the tray.
Air fry the wings for 10 minutes at 375 degrees Farenheit.
Turn the wings. If you used aluminum foil and noticed that fluid has accumulated, then remove the fluid.
Air fry for another 10 minutes or until the skin appears golden.
